HOW TO ORDER: There are several ways to order. 1) Use our secure website/cart with selected payment methods (Visa/Mastercard/Discover, check or money order). 2) You can also use our printable Mail Order Form (click above). Complete this form and either mail it to the address above or fax it using the above fax number. 3) You may also call and place your order by phone using our toll-free number or local phone. 4) We now accept PayPal Payments! Just place items in cart and select PayPal as payment method during checkout.

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS: Custom and special orders require these items be paid in full. Once placed, the order is non-cancelable/non-refundable. Most custom orders take 4-6 weeks. Some take longer. We’ll keep you informed as to your order status.

PRODUCTS & SHIPPING POLICY: Orders will either be shipped by us or drop-shipped. Great care is taken in packing your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us right away (within 3 days). Keep the packaging materials and address label. We ship most packages UPS Ground and smaller items through USPS. Items shipped outside the USA (lower 48) are subject to additional shipping fees. Orders are sent within a week after receipt. If it takes longer, we’ll contact you.

RETURNS: Our goal is to have Happy Campers for customers. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you do not want to keep an item, please call for Return Authorization within 3 days. Return is at customer’s expense. We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) must be in saleable condition with tags (if included) for a refund to be issued. The only exception: SALE ITEMS.
