Use the WEBSITE/CART with selected payment systems (Visa/Mastercard, check/money order). You can also use our mail order form, faxing or e-mailing it to us. For MAIL ORDERS, please print our Printable Order Form above. Complete your order by hand, choose a payment method and mail the form to our address above or fax it to us. Upon receipt, we’ll notify you via e-mail or fax. And, you may also call and place your ORDER BY PHONE. These numbers are at the top of this page. Custom/Special Orders: Custom and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit with payment in full prior to shipping. Most custom orders take 4-6 weeks. Some may take longer. We’ll keep you informed as to your order status. Sorry, all custom/special orders are non-returnable. Products and Shipping Policy: Orders will either be shipped by us or drop-shipped to you. Great care is taken in packing your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us right away. For now, we are only shipping within the United States and Canada. Shipping charges include cost of packaging and actual mailing/shipping charges. We ship packages primarily via UPS and the Postal Service. Most orders are sent within one week of receipt. If it takes longer, we’ll contact you. Returns: Our goal is to have Happy Campers for customers. Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to pack items very carefully. If you receive an item that’s been damaged, please notify us right away (within 3 business days) via e-mail. We’ll give you instructions from there. If you want to return an item, please advise us by e-mail for authorization and return the item within 30 days. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. The product must be returned in saleable condition with tags (if included) for a refund to be issued. |
